§ 1 · Data sources

Start with whatever data source is easiest.

Planned

Connect Store API

Pull sales, price, and inventory directly from marketplaces or storefronts.

§ 2 · The loop

Turn seller data into weekly decisions.

Connect or import the easiest source, review the ranked worklist, then refresh or monitor after acting.

1. Bring sales data

Start with one SKU, a spreadsheet, a report export, or a connected source.

2. Review ranked actions

See which SKUs need reorder, stockout attention, slow-mover review, or a price test.

3. Refresh or monitor

After acting, refresh the source or use alerts to compare price, inventory, and recommendation state.

§ 3 · Start small

Start free. Upgrade only when the operating loop is useful.

Current MVP is built around the seller worklist, single-SKU forecast workspace, CSV/XLSX import, and report refresh loop.

Seller questions

Do I need to connect my store?

No. The launch path starts with CSV/XLSX imports and one-SKU entry. Store APIs are not wired yet.

Does this replace my pricing workflow?

Not yet. TierSense recommends what to review; sellers still apply changes outside the app and refresh with the next report.

Can I import messy files?

The ingest path handles common blanks, totals rows, currency values, and duplicate SKUs, then asks for repair when needed.

Are holiday and event forecasts final?

Event markers are shown only when the served forecast applies a non-neutral lift. We keep public claims cautious.
